Darrell Best was outstanding. This was the first time my family and I had ever purchased land, and he walked us through every step of the process without ever making us feel rushed, confused, or uncomfortable. Darrell was fair, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. We ran into delays with our bank that left us in limbo for a while. This was completely outside of Darrell’s control, yet he chose to hold the lot for us anyway. He didn’t have to do that, and most people wouldn’t have. It was an honorable decision, and it meant a lot to us. Once the bank issues were sorted out, he moved quickly to get the contract finalized. On top of that, he had a mulcher come out and clear an observation point on the property for us at no cost. Again, something he didn’t have to do. All in all, Darrell was great to work with. I’d recommend Darrell without hesitation to anyone looking to buy land or property.
